Visitor Access
All visitors to our Ames facilities must sign in upon arrival by using the Inside app available on the iPad at the front desk, and be accompanied by their host at all times.
All visitors to our Vancouver facilities must be accompanied by their host or a team member at all times.
If a loaner access card is required for guests or contractors to our Vancouver facilities, follow the below steps to obtain a contractor loaner card from the lock box labeled Access Cards located on the wall across from the back entrance of 199.
Access the card (contact Bonnie for the lock box code).
Sign the card out on the clip board located beside the lock box. Be sure to include your name, contractor name, date out, date returned and the card number.
Instruct the vendor to not lend it to anyone and to mark it as returned on the clipboard before leaving for the day once card is dropped back into the box.
